Horse is one of the main characters of Dudley Do-Right of the Mounties segments.
"Born in the frozen reaches of northern Canada and educated at the exclusive Canadian Institute of Horseology, Horse (yes, just Horse) fulfilled his dreams of a career in the field of carrying a law enforcement officer on his back by joining the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
From the moment he was assigned to work with Dudley Do-Right, Horse became the Mountie's constant companion, as well as his main rival for the affections of Nell Fenwick. At last report, Horse seemed to have the inside track."
Horse is a white horse (probably a donkey) who wears a Canadian Mountie costume.
Horse is Dudley's faithful steed and sidekick who always accompanies his master on adventures to solve crime in Canada and stop Snidely Whiplash. Horse is notably the more intelligent of the duo and is usually annoyed by Dudley's ignorance. Horse never gets the respect he truly deserves, but his hard work earns him the love and affection of the beautiful Nell Fenwick, much to Dudley's shock and disbelief. Horse also often proves himself to be a very talented ally and sometimes manages to save the camp a few times.
Horse has been with Dudley since childhood and the two have been best friends ever since. When Nell Fenwick returns to Canada from seeing the world,
Dudley and Horse make a cameo in the episode, Medieval Fest / John Sutter.
